The Walter E-WELD 3 Anti-Spatter Solution (SKU: 53F253) represents a significant advancement in welding surface preparation and protection. Engineered as a multifunctional chemical agent, this 500ml spray formulation serves simultaneously as a high-efficiency anti-spatter barrier and a potent cleaner/degreaser. By preparing the surface prior to welding and protecting it during the process, E-WELD 3 streamlines workflow and enhances final product quality. Its unique water-based composition is blue in color and odorless, ensuring a pleasant working environment without the health risks associated with solvent-based chemicals.

Technically, E-WELD 3 is designed to resist high-energy spatter adhesion even in elevated temperature applications. It creates a robust barrier that prevents molten metal from fusing to the base material, thereby eliminating the need for mechanical grinding or chiseling. A critical advantage of this formulation is its compatibility with downstream processes; it offers excellent paint adhesion properties, meaning workpieces can be painted immediately after welding without the rigorous cleaning steps typically required to remove silicone or oil-based residues. It is completely free of VOCs, solvents, and silicone, making it an environmentally responsible choice that complies with strict safety standards.

In addition to spatter protection, the solution contains specialized corrosion inhibitors that provide short-term rust protection for the workpiece. This is particularly beneficial in manufacturing environments where parts may sit between processing stages. The product is versatile and safe for use on all common welding metals, including aluminum, mild steel, and stainless steel. Its biodegradability and non-flammable nature further simplify storage and disposal logistics, making it an ideal solution for industrial MRO operations focused on safety and efficiency.

High performing anti-spatter solution that protects work from adherence of high temperature spatter, eliminating costly rework.

Compatible with aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
[2024,2021

post-1750989","product","type-product","status-publish","endorsed-aluminum-fab-shop","endorsed-autobody-shop","endorsed-carbon-steel-fab-shop","endorsed-home-shop","endorsed-mechanical-contractor","endorsed-red-seal","endorsed-stainless-steel-fab-shop","product_cat-antispatter-nozzle-dip","product_cat-chemicals","pa_brand-walter","pa_format-liquid","pa_format-spray","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","pa_packaging-description-12-in-a-pack","pa_product-antispatter","first","instock","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
