When it comes to personal protective equipment (PPE), clarity and durability are non-negotiable. The MCR Safety Double Matrix Flat Replacement Faceshield is designed to restore your safety gear to peak performance. This replacement visor is engineered specifically for the Double Matrix headgear system, ensuring a secure fit and reliable protection against the hazards of the workshop, including flying debris, sparks from grinding, and chemical splashes.

Measuring 7 inches in height and 16.75 inches in width, this shield provides wrap-around coverage that protects not just the eyes but the entire face. The 0.040-inch thickness is the industry standard for medium-duty applications, offering a robust barrier without adding unnecessary weight that could cause neck strain during long shifts. Made from high-quality polycarbonate, the lens delivers exceptional impact resistance, meeting strict safety requirements for industrial environments.

One of the critical aspects of safety gear is that it shouldn’t hinder your work. This clear replacement lens offers distortion-free optics, allowing you to perform precision tasks like cutting, grinding, or machining with confidence. Unlike tinted lenses that can obscure details in low-light conditions, this clear visor ensures maximum light transmission.

Faceshields take a beating so your face doesn’t have to. Over time, pitting and scratches can reduce visibility. This flat replacement lens is an economical solution to extend the life of your headgear assembly. It is easy to install, easy to clean with mild soap and water, and stores flat to save space in your tool crib or locker.

Crystal Clear Visibility
