The Esab 33369 Plasma Nozzle is a critical consumable component designed specifically for the Esab PT-23 and PT-27 series plasma torches. Engineered to meet the rigorous demands of industrial metal cutting, these nozzles are rated for both 50 Amp and 70 Amp applications. As a genuine OEM part, this nozzle guarantees precise compatibility with your equipment, ensuring that gas flow and electrical conductivity are optimized for the best possible cut quality. Using authentic Esab consumables helps maintain the integrity of your torch head, preventing premature wear caused by ill-fitting aftermarket alternatives.

Plasma nozzles play a vital role in constricting the plasma arc, focusing the energy density to cut through conductive metals like steel, stainless steel, and aluminum effectively. The 33369 nozzle features a precision-machined orifice that stabilizes the arc, resulting in a narrower kerf, reduced dross accumulation, and a cleaner edge finish. This level of precision is essential for fabrication tasks where secondary machining or grinding needs to be minimized. The copper construction ensures efficient heat transfer, keeping the nozzle cooler during prolonged cutting sessions and extending its service life.

This product is supplied as a pack of five, providing a practical solution for busy workshops and industrial environments. Regular inspection of plasma nozzles is recommended; a distorted or widened orifice can lead to poor cut quality, beveling, and arc instability. By keeping a 5-pack of Esab 33369 nozzles on hand, operators can quickly swap out worn components and resume production with minimal downtime. Whether you are operating at 50A for thinner gauge materials or ramping up to 70A for thicker plate, these nozzles deliver consistent, reliable performance synonymous with the Esab brand.
