The Walter Surface Technologies 13F354 3-inch Knot Twisted Wire Cup Brush is a premium abrasive tool designed for the most demanding industrial environments. Engineered for heavy-duty applications, this brush features a knot-twisted wire construction that provides aggressive brushing action, making it the ideal solution for tackling stubborn surface contaminants. Whether you are removing heavy rust, thick scale, corrosion, or weld spatter, the 13F354 delivers consistent, high-impact performance that professionals trust.

At the core of this brush is Walter’s commitment to quality materials. It utilizes top-grade, oil-hardened, and tempered carbon steel wire with a diameter of .015 inches. This specific wire treatment ensures that the bristles maintain their stiffness and cutting ability over a longer service life compared to standard brushes. The knot-twisted design bundles the wires together, preventing them from bending back prematurely under pressure, which allows for deeper cleaning and faster material removal rates on large steel surfaces.

One of the standout features of Walter wire brushes is their exceptional balance. Every brush is precision-balanced to run smoothly on angle grinders, significantly reducing vibration during operation. This not only improves the finish quality but also reduces operator fatigue and prevents premature wear on the power tool’s bearings. The 13F354 comes equipped with a standard 5/8″-11 threaded arbor, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of angle grinders commonly used in fabrication shops, shipyards, and construction sites.

Safety and efficiency are paramount in metalworking, and this cup brush addresses both. The integrated support ring and tightly knotted wires minimize wire breakage and fly-off, creating a safer working environment. For fabricators requiring a reliable tool for deburring, weld edge cleaning, or preparing surfaces for painting and coating, the Walter 13F354 offers the durability and aggression needed to get the job done right the first time.

Knot-twisted for heavy duty brushing such as deburring, weld edge cleaning, spatter, heavy rust, corrosion and removal of scale.
[2000,2008

post-1750741","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-abrasives","product_cat-cup-wheel-and-cup-brushes","pa_arbor-in-5-8","pa_brand-walter","pa_brush-type-cup-brush","pa_diameter-in-873","pa_packaging-description-1-in-a-pack","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","pa_size-in-363","pa_used-to-grind-steel","pa_wheel-style-twist-knot","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple
