The Walter Surface Technologies Blendex Strip Belt (07H242) is a specialized abrasive tool designed to tackle the unique challenges of finishing cylindrical workpieces. Measuring 1-3/16″ x 24″, this belt is engineered for professionals who demand efficiency and high-quality results when working on pipes, tubing, and architectural railings. The “Coarse” grade, identified by its Tan color, is specifically formulated to strip away tarnish, oxidation, and light surface imperfections, restoring the metal to a clean, uniform condition ready for final polishing or delivery.

One of the standout features of this product is the integrated T-Lock system. Standard continuous belts cannot be used on closed-loop structures—such as handrails that are already installed or welded in place. The T-Lock design solves this problem by allowing the user to unfasten the belt, wrap it around the pipe, and securely lock it back together. This capability drastically reduces the time and effort required for maintenance and repair operations (MRO) on existing infrastructure, eliminating the need to dismantle structures for finishing.

Constructed from premium non-woven material, the Blendex belt offers a consistent finish without gouging the base metal. It is highly versatile and safe for use on a wide range of materials, including Aluminum, Brass, Copper, Steel, and Stainless Steel. Whether you are cleaning up a custom fabrication project or performing maintenance on industrial piping, this belt provides the flexibility and durability needed to achieve a professional sheen on curved surfaces.

These belts will produce a new sheen to tarnished pipes.

Ideal for cleaning or finishing pipes, tubing and railings.

Special T-Lock allows quick and easy access when finishing closed loop workpieces.

FEATURES

Made from high quality non-woven material.

T- Lock system, easy to work on closed loop pieces.

[2000,2005

post-1750617","product","type-product","status-publish","product_cat-abrasives","product_cat-sand-and-drum-belts","pa_brand-walter","pa_grit-coarse","pa_length-in-1923","pa_length-in-24-2","pa_material-non-woven","pa_packaging-description-1-per-each","pa_packaging-description-3-per-pak","pa_used-to-sand-aluminum","pa_used-to-sand-brass","pa_used-to-sand-copper","pa_used-to-sand-stainless","pa_used-to-sand-stainless-steel","pa_used-to-sand-steel","pa_width-in-1-3-16","first","onbackorder","taxable","shipping-taxable","purchasable","product-type-simple

Innovative T-Lock System
