Josef Gases Delivery & Return Policy<\/h1>\r\n

1. Returns<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

DO NOT ship back any items without first contacting us to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA number).\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0To request an RGA number, please contact us at orderdesk@josefgases.com<\/a>.\u00a0 We will not process any returns that are shipped back to us without an RGA number.<\/p>\r\n

We ONLY accept returns with an RGA number and only on unused, unopened items in the original packaging within 15 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 15 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.<\/p>\r\n

All returned items are subject to inspection and returns may be denied.\u00a0 If we accept a return it may be subject to a restocking charge of 25% to 90%<\/p>\r\n

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.<\/p>\r\n

Please note, shipping charges are not refundable. Costs of shipping a return item back to Josef Gases is the responsibility of the purchaser.<\/p>\r\n

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.<\/p>\r\n

2. Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us at orderdesk@josefgases.com<\/a>\u00a0with details of the product and the defect.<\/p>\r\n

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.<\/p>\r\n

Please note, shipping charges on items sent back to josefgases.com<\/a> must be paid for by the customer.\u00a0 Costs of shipping a replacement item from Josef Gases to the customer also will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\r\n

2a. What\u00a0if my machine is defective?<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

You may contact us about a machine defect within the manufacturer\u2019s warranty period. Email orderdesk@josefgases.com<\/a>\u00a0for assistance on getting a machine repaired under the manufacturer\u2019s factory warranty policy at an authorized service facility. The customer is responsible for the transport of the machine to and from the service facility.<\/p>\r\n

3. Exceptions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include: any used or opened item.<\/p>\r\n

4. Shipping<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

To return the item you purchased, please email orderdesk@josefgases.com<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
