The Exocor ERNiCrMo-4 is a premium Nickel-Chromium-Molybdenum welding rod designed for the Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) process. Commonly referred to in the industry as C-276 (UNS N10276), this filler metal is engineered to provide exceptional resistance to a wide range of severe chemical environments. It is manufactured to meet AWS A5.14 specifications, ensuring consistent chemistry and mechanical properties for critical industrial applications.

The alloy composition includes significant additions of Molybdenum (15-17%) and Tungsten (3-4.5%), which are critical for its outstanding resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion. The low carbon content is a vital feature that minimizes the precipitation of carbides during welding, thereby maintaining the corrosion resistance of the as-welded structures without the need for post-weld heat treatment.
