Genuine Miller Replacement Hardware

Keep your Miller welding equipment running at peak performance with the Miller 229314 Screw. This genuine OEM replacement part is designed specifically for Miller power sources and wire feeders, ensuring that every component fits exactly as intended by the manufacturer. When it comes to industrial machinery, using authentic parts is crucial for maintaining the longevity and reliability of your investment. This specific screw is often utilized in critical assembly points where secure fastening and electrical continuity are required.

The Miller 229314 is a #6-32 thread screw with a length of 0.37 inches. It features a hex washer head, which provides a larger bearing surface than a standard screw head, helping to distribute the load and prevent damage to the mating surface. What sets this hardware apart is the inclusion of a split ground ring. This feature is vital for applications where the screw serves not just as a mechanical fastener, but also as part of the machine's electrical grounding system. By biting into the metal surface, the split ring ensures a low-resistance connection, which is essential for the safe operation of welding electronics.

Whether you are performing routine maintenance, repairing a damaged chassis, or replacing lost hardware during a service interval, this screw offers the quality and precision you expect from Miller Electric. Don't compromise on safety or fitment with generic hardware store alternatives that may not meet the specific conductivity or strength requirements of your welder. Trust Josef Gas to supply the authentic Miller parts you need to get the job done right.
