The 24CB332 serves as a critical internal component, functioning as the primary interface between the torch head, the collet, and the gas cup (nozzle). It is specifically machined to accommodate 3/32-inch (2.4mm) tungsten electrodes, ensuring that the electrode is centered and securely held during the welding process.

Constructed from high-conductivity copper alloy, this collet body is designed to withstand the thermal cycling inherent in TIG welding while maximizing current transfer to the tungsten.
