VCM-200 Machine with Rig, Torch and Tip. This package includes a versatile tractor machine that can be easily maneuvered along its own track for precise cutting and a wide range of welding tasks. The machine features convenient thumb screws for quick adjustments, as well as dual drive controls and a direct speed readout for easy operation. The cone disc drive ensures optimal performance, while the constant speed AC induction motor, positioned opposite the torch, enhances efficiency and keeps temperatures cool. With a counter-balanced design, the machine allows for torch racking distances of up to 457.2 mm (18"). It maintains a constant speed across various temperature ranges and accommodates torches with a diameter of 35.1 mm (1.38"). The flat mounting deck adds stability, and high temperature (HT) packages include a heat shield for added protection.
