The Lincoln Electric Magnum® PRO AL FC 225 (K4795-2) represents a significant leap forward in aluminum MIG welding technology. Designed specifically for fabrication environments where soft aluminum wire feeding issues can cause costly downtime, this air-cooled push-pull gun features a revolutionary Fixed Conduit (FC) liner. Unlike traditional liners, the rigid FC design provides a smooth, uninterrupted path for the wire, minimizing friction and virtually eliminating bird-nesting, even over the extended 25-foot cable length.
Rated for 225 Amps at a 60% duty cycle, this gun is engineered for light industrial, automotive, and maintenance applications. The rear trigger configuration offers excellent ergonomics for long welds, while the 360-degree rotatable gun tube ensures you can reach joints in tight or awkward spaces. The gun comes ready to weld with 3/64" (1.2 mm) wire, utilizing Lincoln's industry-leading Magnum PRO expendables which feature Copper Plus® technology for extended contact tip life.
One of the standout features for operators is the Quick Wire Feed Speed (WFS) adjustment dial located conveniently at the base of the handle. This allows welders to fine-tune their parameters immediately at the arc without returning to the power source. The K4795-2 is equipped with a standard Lincoln 12-pin connector, making it directly compatible with modern Lincoln power sources, and can be adapted to older 7-pin machines using the optional K2910-2 adapter.
