Rated for 225 amps at a 60% duty cycle, this tool is engineered for fabrication environments where consistent wire feeding and arc stability are critical. The core innovation in this model is the Fixed Conduit (FC) liner system. Unlike traditional flexible liners that can cause soft aluminum wire to buckle or shave, the rigid fixed conduit provides a smooth, straight path for the wire, significantly reducing friction and feeding failures over the 15-foot cable length.

Mechanically, the gun integrates a powerful internal drive motor that works in synchronization with the welding machine's wire drive.
