The Tweco® Eliminator® 12' MIG Gun is a high-quality air-cooled gun suitable for a wide range of applications. It is designed to handle wire sizes from 0.035 to 0.045 and has a current rating of 250 A. With its ergonomic handle and extended trigger length, it aims to minimize operator fatigue and reduce heat transfer to the welder's hand.

The gun features a split-half handle case for easy field repairs and field repairable mechanical cable connections. Additionally, it comes with spare trigger leads in the Cablehoz® for added convenience. The patented contact tip design eliminates threads and provides increased surface contact for improved performance.

The ball and socket conductor tube design allows for flexibility with its articulating conductor tube construction. It consists of a copper tube, a silicon resin fiberglass insulator, and a metal jacket for durability. With wide welding applications, including spray transfer and pulse welding modes, this MIG gun is compatible with straight CO2 or mixed gases.

Further enhancements include front and rear spring strain relief and cable support, as well as a durable metal jacketed conductor tube. The gun also features extended life consumables and a compact and ergonomic handle design.

Notable improvements to the Eliminator® include dual spring and rubber strain reliefs on both ends of the MIG gun, a metal jacketed articulating conductor tube (standard), or a fixed locking conductor tube (optional), and the inclusion of 4 trigger wires for improved feedability.
