The Tweco® Professional No. 1 Classic Series 180 A MIG Gun is a heavy-duty tool designed for semi-automatic welding applications. It is suitable for light duty fabrication and offers a 60% duty cycle with CO2 gas. This air-cooled MIG gun has a 10' lead cable with a Tweco® style rear connection, providing good wire feedability.

With its oval shaped handle and silver plated trigger, this MIG gun is designed for ease of use and reduced operator fatigue. It features a patent-pending design that allows for maneuverability in various welding positions. The gun hanger at the bottom provides a convenient resting place when not in use.

The steel spring strain relief supports the Cablehoz® coming out the rear of the handle, minimizing wire feed issues. The mechanical connection of the conductor tube and Cablehoz® ensures an excellent current path to the end of the contact tip. Two ball-point screws secure the Cablehoz® and conductor tube in place.

The trigger contains silver plated contacts with a self-cleaning action, ensuring reliable performance. The neoprene insulated quick-change conductor tube can swivel 360 degrees, offering easy replacement.

This MIG gun is durable and dependable for industrial applications, with a high impact resistant handle and components. Its three-layer conductor tube construction (copper tube/silicon-resin glass insulator/metal jacket) adds to its durability and enhanced performance.

Additionally, this gun is field repairable, with a split-half handle case that provides easy access for repairs. It does not require additional connectors for Cablehoz® repair.
