The Tweco® 23 Series Nozzle is specially designed for heavy-duty welding applications up to 450 A. With a bore size of 0.375", it is compatible with Tweco® no.3 MIG guns.
This nozzle features a durable copper alloy construction and has a 3/4" outer diameter. The part number is conveniently rolled stamped on the surface for easy identification.
The 9/16"-18 UNC-2B thread size allows for a secure connection, and the recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156" ensures optimal performance.
The 3-piece design includes a nozzle housing made from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a silicone nozzle insulator for electrical insulation from the gas diffuser.
No additional insulator is required, making it a convenient choice. Each pack includes 2 nozzles.
