The Tweco® Weldskill® 23 Series Heavy Duty Nozzle is a high-quality product designed specifically for standard gas diffusers. With a bore size of 0.625", it is perfect for heavy duty welding applications up to 450 A. The part number is easily visible on the outer surface, making it simple to identify.

Crafted from a durable copper alloy, this nozzle features a 3-piece design which includes a nozzle housing made from copper alloy tubing, a nozzle insert machined from solid brass, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The nozzle insert allows for the machining of internal threads to match the conductor tube OD threads. This nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser, thanks to the silicone insulator.
