The outer surface of the nozzle is conveniently stamped with a part number for easy identification. Made of 122 DHP copper alloy, the nozzle can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Sold in packs of 2, it offers great value. Whether you need a recessed, flush, or protruding tip, this versatile nozzle caters to various welding needs. It slides over the standard nozzle insulator (part No 34a, stock No 1340-1100) seamlessly. However, please note that when using protruding tips, there is a slight risk of arcing the tip to the work piece, which could cause damage and necessitate replacement parts.
