The Tweco® Short Stop Copper Nozzle is designed for use with standard gas diffusers and Tweco® no.2 MIG guns up to 250 A. With a 1/2" bore size and a 3.03" nozzle length, it is ideal for light to medium duty welding applications. The part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface for easy identification. This nozzle easily slides over the standard nozzle insulator and can be adjusted to achieve the desired contact tip and nozzle relationship. Made of 122 DHP copper alloy, it is best suited for higher heat applications where longer electrical stick-out is required or when the nozzle may touch the work piece. The nozzle housing is cut and formed from copper alloy tubing. Each pack contains two nozzles.
