The Tweco® Robotics Nozzle with nickel plate is designed specifically for use with robotic/fixed automation MIG guns. This water-cooled nozzle features a 1/2" diameter bore and includes a G7 silicone shield for protection against spatter. With its bottle-shaped geometry and tellurium copper alloy bar housing, this nozzle effectively dissipates heat for medium to heavy-duty welding applications up to 400 A. Its straight I.D bore allows for easy cleaning of the sidewalls, ensuring optimal gas flow. This nozzle is also compatible with nozzle cleaning stations commonly found in robotic weld cells. Each nozzle includes a part number for easy identification and threads onto the outer jacket assembly of water-cooled conductor tubes.
