It is made of durable 122 DHP copper alloy, ensuring longevity and reliability. The design includes a 3-piece construction, consisting of a copper alloy tubing nozzle housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. This nozzle also features a recess contact tip relationship of 0.125 - 0.156", making it ideal for applications that require longer electrical stick-out or when the nozzle comes into contact with the workpiece. For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface. Sold in packs of 2, this nozzle provides the necessary electrical insulation from the gas diffuser.
