The Bernard NT-3800C is a premium tapered MIG nozzle designed for precision and accessibility in demanding industrial welding environments. Part of the renowned Centerfire consumable system, this nozzle features a 3/8-inch (9.5 mm) bore orifice and is engineered to sit flush with the contact tip. The tapered geometry is specifically developed to allow welders to access tight joints, corners, and confined spaces that standard cylindrical nozzles cannot reach, ensuring consistent gas coverage even in restricted areas.

Constructed from high-quality copper, the NT-3800C offers excellent thermal conductivity, effectively dissipating heat during high-amperage welding applications to prolong consumable life. The nozzle utilizes a threaded design that secures firmly to the gas diffuser, ensuring precise concentricity between the contact tip and the nozzle bore. This alignment is critical for maintaining a stable arc and smooth gas flow. Inside the nozzle, a built-in spatter shield adds an extra layer of protection for the gas diffuser, reducing the frequency of cleaning and maintenance required to maintain optimal shielding gas flow.
