The Tweco® Slip-On Tip Recess Nozzle is an essential component for heavy-duty welding applications. Designed with a 0.625" bore size, it fits standard gas diffusers and is compatible with the 450 A Tweco® SprayMaster® MIG guns. The 3.1" nozzle has a 0.875" OD and is made of durable 122 DHP copper alloy.

This nozzle features a 3-piece design that includes a copper alloy tubing housing, a solid brass nozzle insert, and a silicone nozzle insulator. The housing is cut and formed from high-quality copper alloy tubing, ensuring durability and longevity. The nozzle insert is machined from solid brass, providing a secure and reliable fit over the gas diffuser's metal spring. The silicone nozzle insulator offers the necessary electrical insulation required from the gas diffuser.

For easy identification, the part number is rolled stamped on the outer surface of the nozzle. Sold in packs of two, this nozzle delivers both convenience and value.

Different tip options are available to suit specific welding needs. The recessed tips are ideal for applications requiring higher heat and longer electrical stick-out. In contrast, the flush tips are suitable for situations where shorter electrical stick-out is used, resulting in shorter and tighter arc lengths. Lastly, the protruding tips are designed for welding in tight spaces, such as open root pipes, but extra care must be taken to avoid arcing the tip to the workpiece.
