The core innovation of the AccuLock system lies in its geometric alignment capabilities. Unlike legacy systems where the liner and contact tip may be misaligned within the diffuser, the AccuLock design ensures the contact tip is perfectly centered and aligned with the liner lock upon tightening. This concentricity creates a flawless, uninterrupted path for the welding wire, drastically reducing friction coefficients and minimizing the potential for erratic arcs caused by drag.
