The Tweco® Robotic Gas Diffuser Assembly is a perfect fit for 16RS/16RZ tips and 5/64" conduit, making it an excellent choice for MIG welding tasks. It features easy identification with the part number rolled stamped on its exterior surface. This assembly is specifically designed to work seamlessly with robotic and fixed automation MIG conductor tubes. To secure the nozzle during the welding process, a course thread is meticulously machined on the outside surface. Additionally, a silicon O-ring is included in the gas diffuser to ensure a tight seal with the nozzle assembly. With a 600 ampere capacity, this assembly is suitable for medium to heavy duty welding applications. Crafted from 360 brass alloy bar stock, it guarantees consistent dimensional stability. It is intended to be used with the REL24 series robotic/fixed automation nozzle assemblies.
