This kit leverages Miller's advanced AccuLock™ S consumable system, which is engineered to solve common wire feeding challenges found in industrial welding applications. By centering and locking the liner into position at both the front and back of the gun, the AccuLock S system creates a flawless, aligned wire feed path from the feeder all the way to the contact tip. This precise alignment significantly reduces friction, thereby minimizing the occurrence of burnbacks, birdnesting, and erratic arcs that can compromise weld quality and increase downtime.

A key technical feature of this kit is the "Cooling Tail" design of the contact tips. The tail of the contact tip is positioned inside the diffuser where it is actively cooled by the shielding gas flow.
