The AccuLock MDX system represents a significant advancement in MIG gun consumable technology, focusing on the critical interface between the wire feeder and the contact tip to ensure consistent operation in industrial environments.

At the core of this system is the Optimized Wire Feeding architecture. The AccuLock consumables are designed to center and lock the liner into a fixed position at both the front and back of the gun. This precise alignment creates a flawless wire feed path, significantly reducing friction and drag. By eliminating gaps and misalignments, the system effectively mitigates common feeding issues such as burnbacks, birdnesting, and erratic arcs, which are often caused by liner movement or poor concentricity within the gun cable.
