The Miller AccuLock™ MDX™ Consumables Kit (1880274) is a precision-engineered solution designed specifically for the MDX-100 MIG gun platform. This kit provides a comprehensive set of front-end consumables essential for maintaining optimal arc characteristics and wire feeding performance when welding with .035" (0.9mm) wire. The core of this kit is the AccuLock™ MDX™ system, a proprietary design that fundamentally improves the wire feed path. By centering and locking the liner into position at both the front and back of the gun, the system eliminates the gaps and misalignments that typically cause friction and feeding erraticism.

Technically, the components within this kit address thermal management and electrical conductivity with advanced geometry. The contact tips feature a "Cooling Tail" design, where the tail section of the tip is seated deep within the gas diffuser.
