The HOSLPG38-20 is a specialized hose assembly designed for the transfer of propane vapour in temporary heating applications. Engineered to meet the demands of construction environments, this hose features a 3/8-inch inside diameter, providing adequate flow rates for a wide range of portable construction heaters, including salamanders and radiant units.
The assembly measures 20 feet (240 inches) in length, offering significant reach to allow for safe positioning of heating equipment relative to the fuel source. It is terminated at both ends with 3/8-inch Female Flare Swivel fittings (often designated as FS6). These swivel fittings facilitate easy installation onto standard heater inlets and regulator outlets without twisting the hose, reducing stress on the connection points and prolonging the life of the assembly.
Constructed with a robust synthetic rubber tube and cover, the hose is resistant to the chemical effects of LP gas as well as external abrasion and weathering. The reinforcement layer ensures the hose maintains its integrity under standard operating pressures for propane vapour service.
