The ENDURO-FLEX one-step finishing discs are designed to exceed the challenges faced by the metal fabricating and finishing industry on a daily basis. Featuring a new zirconium grain, these discs maintain a sharp cutting edge for longer periods of time, while also removing material at a faster rate. A special top coat ensures the disc remains cool and lubricated throughout the grinding and sanding process, resulting in a smooth and vibration-free experience. Unlike other discs, the ENDURO-FLEX can be restored to its original performance by reducing the diameter of the ECO-TRIM backing, eliminating the need for disc replacement. By utilizing the Eco-Trim™ trimmable backing, disc life can be extended up to three times, ultimately reducing costs. The raised hub is designed to fit all standard grinder back flanges, making it a versatile option. Trimming the disc is safe and simple, further adding to its convenience. Additionally, the disc includes an integral thread of 5/8"-11" for compatibility with various tools.
