The ENDURO-FLEX one-step finishing discs are designed to tackle the daily challenges faced by the metal fabricating and finishing industry. Featuring a new and improved zirconium grain, these discs remain sharp for longer periods of time while removing material at a faster rate. Additionally, a special top coat provides continuous cooling and lubrication during grinding and sanding, resulting in smooth and vibration-free operations from start to finish. The unique ECO-TRIM backing allows the disc to be restored to its original performance level by reducing its diameter, eliminating the need for disc replacement when the flap overhang is worn down. With its trimmable backing, the disc's lifespan can be extended by up to three times, offering a cost-effective solution. Furthermore, the raised hub of the disc fits all standard grinder back flanges, ensuring compatibility. The disc is both safe and easy to trim, and includes an integral thread of 5/8"-11" for convenient usage.
