The ICECUT annular cutters are equipped with a unique coating made with a blend of chromium and aluminum (AICrN). These cutters are specifically designed for situations where lubricants are not suitable or difficult to apply. This innovative technology surpasses the performance of Titanium (TiN) or Titanium-Aluminum (TiAIN) coated cutters. By integrating a chromium aluminum blend into the coating, our ICECUT annular cutters can endure temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius higher than conventional TiAIN cutters, while generating less heat. This exclusive coating also enhances the resistance of the ICECUT to increased stress under load and sudden impact. Additional features include fully ground extra large flutes, a modern tooth design and cutter geometry, a new high technology coating, and a universal shank.
